Starting soon, an e-Government Uniform Invoice (eGUI) will be issued by Apple and sent to the Ministry of Finance whenever you make a purchase from the App Store, iTunes Store or other Apple services. After the purchase is completed, you will receive an invoice issuance notification from Apple at 電子郵件 with an eGUI number that can be used to participate in the GUI lottery.

Apple is required to share your email address, 電子郵件 , with the Ministry of Finance when you are issued an eGUI so that winners of the GUI lottery can be notified by the Ministry of Finance.
